Master Trainer for Financial Literacy/Entrepreneurship for Schools

As a Lead/Master Trainer with our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy programs for Grades 3 to 8. Your role will involve not only conducting engaging sessions for students in various schools but also building, training, and managing a team of freelance/part-time trainers across multiple locations. Your key responsibilities will include conducting sessions as per the provided curriculum, recruiting, training, and mentoring part-time/freelance trainers, ensuring quality and consistency in session delivery, monitoring and evaluating session progress and trainer performance, collaborating with the core academic team for content updates and feedback, and representing the program in front of school leadership when required. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Business, Education, or Economics with at least 3 years of experience in teaching, facilitation, training, or school program coordination. Prior experience in team leadership or trainer management is desirable, along with a background in working with K-12 schools or EdTech companies. You should possess excellent English communication skills, the ability to simplify complex concepts for children, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a passion for teaching and developing others, and be willing to travel and coordinate across different cities.
