Job Overview: As an FIT (Free Independent Traveler) Executive, you will play a crucial role in designing customized travel itineraries for individual clients. Your responsibilities will include understanding client needs, curating personalized travel experiences, and ensuring seamless execution of travel arrangements. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget. Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and activities. Itinerary Planning: Design and develop tailored travel itineraries that align with client preferences and offer unique experiences. This includes booking flights, accommodations, transfers, and activities. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with hotels, tour operators, and other travel service providers. Negotiate rates and ensure high-quality service delivery. Booking and Confirmation: Manage all aspects of the booking process, including reservation, payment, and confirmation. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all bookings. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise before, during, or after the clients trip. Provide prompt and effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction. Market Research: Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and industry developments. Utilize this knowledge to enhance travel offerings and provide valuable insights to clients. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, bookings, and feedback. Provide regular reports on sales performance and client satisfaction. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel and tourism industry. Proven track record of designing and managing FIT travel arrangements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
