Job Title: National Sales Head Location: Noida, Sector 62 (Head Office) | Pan India Travel Required Company: A leading Fintech Startup into B2B Channel sales Experience: 8 to 15 Years (Mandatory: Fintech / Digital Payments Industry) About the Company It is a fast-growing Fintech startup delivering B2B financial services through a robust network of Retailers, Distributors, and Master Distributors across India. Our service offerings include: Domestic Money Transfer (DMT) AePS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment Services) QR Code-based Cash Withdrawal Utility Bill Payments (Electricity, Water, Gas, Mobile, DTH, Credit Card Bills) Cash Management Services Travel Booking (Flights, Trains, Buses, Hotels) MATM (Micro ATM / mPOS) Key Responsibilities P&L Ownership: Own and drive the entire sales revenue of the company across India. Pan India Sales Leadership: Strategically manage and scale sales operations across multiple regions, ensuring target achievement for DMT, AePS, Utility, Travel, and MATM services. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of ASMs, RSMs, ZSMs, and Territory Sales Officers across zones. Channel Development: Expand the retailer/distributor/master distributor network aggressively with high activation and productivity. Sales Strategy: Design & implement go-to-market (GTM) plans, incentive schemes, regional sales plans, and competition analysis. Target Execution: Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance against defined KPIs and align team goals to company objectives. Partnerships & Expansion: Develop strategic alliances with API providers, aggregators, and local partners to expand reach. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize dashboards and reporting tools to review performance, reduce dropouts, and improve transaction volume and stickiness. Training & Compliance: Oversee training programs for the field team and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational policies. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 8 to 15 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Fintech/Digital Payments/BFSI . Proven Track Record: Strong experience in driving large-scale channel sales across India, especially DMT, AePS, or MATM. Team Handling: Proven capability of managing large teams across zones (North, South, East, West). Analytical Mindset: Ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies. CRM & Tech Savvy: Familiar with using CRM tools, sales dashboards, and tech-based reporting. Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English; regional language knowledge is a plus.
