Master Data Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Complete master data creation of new products in PLM/ERP within agreed SLAs
• Complete master data extension of existing products PLM/ERP within agreed SLAs
• Complete master data updates of existing products PLM/ERP within agreed SLAs
• Daily monitoring and administration of workflows to ensure requests get completed within defined SLAs
• Daily support to sites with product master data queries and problems
• Regular review of product master data records to ensure compliance with global policies
• Data analysis and execution of mass maintenance requests
• Develop and conduct communication and training to stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Min. 2 years of experience in a Master Data or related role, min. 2 years of experience in industrial processes
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint; VBA & Power BI preferred
• Experience with PLM (Agile PLM) and ERP systems (Oracle EBS/Cloud)
• Attention to detail, accuracy in data entry and checking
• Good communication skills
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelors degree
