Mandatory Requirements (How to generate your EPCN)

EPCN number is mandatory for eligibility of the interview

• Step 1: Visit https://ibegin.tcs.com/iBegin/
• Step 2: Click to login
• Step 3: Click New user (Register with us)
• Step 4: Select "BPO" in areas of interest and complete the registration. (Fill the details)
• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. would be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.
• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
• Candidates to have registered Eps

Skills :

• Good Knowledge of Indirect material (Mechanical/Electrical Items)
• Duplicate check of Items from existing Material Master
• Good understanding of MRO Part Numbers
• Knowledge of Material Attributes/Specifications
• Knowledge of Unit of measures
• Master Data Standards and Governance
• Description Generation
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Good in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint)

Responsibilities :

• Provide solutions to problems and plug the process gaps
• Transfer the knowledge to other team members and continue to work as an individual contributor
• Liaison with client to meet delivery requirements
• Duplicate Check/Attribute cleanup/Enrichment/Description/ Material Creation/ Update of Material Data
• Daily liaising with Client and managing daily work assignment to coders
• Effective cost saving analysis and implementation of the same
• Manages process and metrics on a day to day basis
• Creation Material codes as per the defined process
• Data update of Material Master Request per amendment requests/guidelines
• Duplicate check Material Data for requests with complete details and per agreed process, policies and MDM guidelines
• Send notification via system/email
• Communicating the changes done to requestor and respective stakeholders
• Follow-up with requestor/stakeholders for necessary documents/approvals
• Input check & data quality check
• Ensuring delivery as per SLA's
• Responsible for QC/validation
• Ensures delivery as per SLA's
