IBM MDM Consultant/ F2F Interview / C2H

RTH-Y Total Experience: 8 yrs Relevant Experience: 7 yrs Mandatory Skills: • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE development, experience with IBM MDM (specifically IBM MDM Advanced Edition or similar), and knowledge of SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, DB2). • MDM Expertise: Experience with MDM concepts, processes, and technologies, including data modeling, matching and merging, and data quality. • Data Integration: Understanding of data integration technologies and ETL processes. • Software Development: Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and development tools. • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment. Nice to Have skills: • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues and problems.Additional Notes: • Many IBM MDM developer roles require experience with specific MDM domains like Party, Agreement, or Location. • Some roles may also require experience with related technologies like DataStage or Informatica. • Some job descriptions may specify a minimum number of years of experience in relevant areas. • The specific responsibilities and qualifications may vary depending on the specific project and organization.
