Master Cutter

Responsibilities

• Receives orders and cutting instructions from the line supervisor
• Check information upon receipt of orders and prepare material requisition and get it approve by the cutting supervisor
• Prepare laying plans and allocation of models among fabric laying groups following order of priority and or material availability
• In case of special orders, follow the instruction of the line supervisor 
• Advice Gerber Plotter to prepare marker for each model before cutting is needed to be done
• Regularly check the work of spreader and cutters with regards to consumption, material being used, cut marks, specs. etc
• Update the daily cutting report and furnish such to line supervisor
• Maintain a harmonious but a well discipline working atmosphere in cutting section
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Min 10 years as a master cutter
• Experience in Women’s clothing
• Sewing/cutting training
• Ability to communicate in English
• With GCC experience
