- Own OEM Partnerships: Drive and expand strategic business with leading EV OEMs across 2W/3W/4W segments.
- Position for Impact: Evangelise our EV charging solutions with OEM product, engineering, and CXO-level stakeholders.
- Close Big Wins: Manage the complete sales cycle - from first handshake to contract closure.
- Build for Scale: Nurture long-term relationships that drive account growth, repeat business, and category leadership.
- Stay Ahead: Track market trends and competitive activity to keep us one step ahead in the EV ecosystem.
- EV Insider: 2-5 years of experience in business development/sales within automotive or EV OEMs.
- Networked & Respected: Strong relationships with EV OEM decision-makers; someone who can pick up the phone and make things happen.
- Proven Closer: Solid track record of high-value B2B solution sales.
- Strategic & Street-Smart: Skilled at negotiation, stakeholder management, and turning conversations into contracts.
- Educational Edge: Degree in Engineering/Business preferred (but your hustle matters more).
