Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Mass Communication Executive/Manager to lead communication initiatives around our sustainability for international Brands. You will be responsible for creating impactful content, managing media and stakeholder communications, and building awareness about our sustainability goals and initiatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies focused on sustainability and sustainable fashion.
• Create clear, compelling content for digital platforms, press releases, newsletters, blogs, and campaigns.
• Manage social media presence and online reputation, ensuring consistent messaging on sustainability.
• Plan and execute awareness campaigns, events, and outreach programs related to sustainability.
• Prepare impactful presentations, talking points, and communication decks for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and relevant stakeholders in the sustainability and fashion ecosystem.
• Monitor media coverage and public sentiment; analyze communication impact and share insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is not mandatory but will be an added advantage.
• Strong interest in sustainability and fashion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Very good presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to simplify complex sustainability concepts for diverse audiences.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with social media management and basic content design tools will be an advantage.
