Job Description

Job Purpose / Objective

To lead, strategize, and scale Colombian Brew Coffees presence across all marketplaces in india (traditional ecommerce, amazon vendor central, flipkart alpha) with the goal of maximizing revenue, brand visibility, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role owns the P&L for marketplace & quick commerce verticals, aligns crossfunctional teams, and ensures seamless operations from listing to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. P&L Ownership & Financial Metrics

    • Own the P&L for marketplace Amazon Flipkart Jiomart channels; monitor gross margin, net margin.
    • Forecast revenue, sales volumes, cost of promotions, fulfillment & delivery, returns, logistics costs.
    • Track & manage trade spends, promotional spends, advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
  2. Platform & Account Management

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform & category managers (Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, etc.).
    • Negotiate terms, promotions, special visibility & deals (feature placements, exclusive launches).
    • Formulate Joint Business Plans (JBP) with major platforms.
  3. Assortment, Catalog, Content & Pricing

    • Decide which SKUs to list on which platforms; manage assortment to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
    • Ensure product content (images, descriptions, keywords) is optimized for search, conversion & compliance.
    • Drive pricing strategy, discounting & offer management tailored to each platform.
  4. Operations & Supply Chain Alignment

    • Coordinate with supply chain, warehousing, logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability & replenishment (including dark stores / fulfillment centers for quick commerce).
    • Ensure minimal fulfillment issues, delivery delays, returns & expiry / wastage.
    • Monitor inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, fill rates.
  5. Performance Marketing, Promotions & Visibility

    • Oversee promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities specific to marketplaces (platform banners, ads, deals, flash sales) on Amazon Marketing Services, similar at Flipkart and Jiomart.
    • Collaborate with digital marketing for paid visibility, search & display ads on platforms.
    • Drive programs for best seller badges, reviews, ratings & consumer feedback.
  6. Data, Analytics & Reporting

    • Monitor & analyze all key metrics: GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), net sales, ROAS, ACOS (or equivalent per platform), traffic, conversion rate, returns rate, customer ratings.
    • Generate regular MIS / dashboards for leadership, identifying bottlenecks & opportunities.
    • Use consumer insights, market trends & competitor activity to adapt strategy.
