Job Description:
We are hiring a Marketplace Accounts Manager to handle end-to-end eCommerce product listings and digital marketing activities across online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online product catalogs, running basic promotions, and optimizing listings to enhance product visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage seller accounts across various eCommerce platforms
• Upload and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications
• Monitor product performance, pricing, and customer reviews
• Coordinate with warehouse/inventory teams for stock updates and order fulfilment
• Plan and implement basic digital marketing promotions and campaigns
• Analyse traffic and sales data to improve listing performance
• Maintain platform compliance and resolve listing or account issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketplace account handling or digital marketing
• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or Noon
• Strong attention to detail and good knowledge of product listing best practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
• Self-driven with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam preferred
