| The Marketing Department plays a vitalrole in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries. The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior & help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand & marketing strategy that drives awareness, affinity & therefore consideration for Brand Axis. Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis, (i.e.) What does the Brand stand for, Our Brand Philosophy etc. . | |||||

| The primary responsibility of the role is to ideate, strategize and action creative content development for the brand and various products for digital platforms. The candidate will also be responsible for analyzing data on a periodic basis, identify performance trends and incorporate it into content planning and execution. Lastly the candidate will be responsible for integrating best practices and creating new themes/properties on social media basis analysis of trending themes and customer responses. | |||||
