Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Lead. The Marketing Lead will develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research, and drive customer acquisition efforts. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, leading customer engagement initiatives, and working to enhance MeetPanda's brand presence. The Marketing Lead is also expected to work closely with the sales team to align marketing objectives with business development goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build lasting relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction
• Proficiency in Market Research for identifying trends, understanding target audiences, and analyzing competitors
• Expertise in Marketing Strategy and Sales to develop campaigns and drive revenue growth
• Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing plans
• Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration experience
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, CRM platforms, and data privacy best practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
