Marketing Trainee

You are looking for a male Marketing Trainee to join the team in Bhubaneswar. This role is suitable for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong interest in marketing, sales, and engaging with customers. Your responsibilities will include executing marketing campaigns and sales strategies, conducting market research to identify potential customers, participating in field visits and promotional activities, supporting brand awareness in local markets, reporting daily activities and customer feedback, and collaborating with the team to achieve monthly targets. As a male candidate with at least 1 year of experience and a graduate degree in any stream (Marketing preferred), you should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, be willing to travel locally within Bhubaneswar, and demonstrate energy, self-motivation, and a strong desire to learn. In return, you will receive a fixed salary ranging from 12,000 to 15,000 per month, along with benefits such as travel allowance, cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, Provident Fund (PF), training and development support, and opportunities for growth and performance-based incentives.
