Marketing Tele caller

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Marketing Telecaller to support the mobilization and outreach efforts for our skill development programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to prospective candidates, counseling them about vocational training courses, and ensuring successful enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students/youth and inform them about available skill development programs.
• Explain course details, eligibility criteria, benefits, and future career opportunities.
• Generate interest and schedule walk-ins or virtual counselling sessions.
• Maintain and update the call database and share regular follow-up reports.
• Coordinate with the field mobilization team and center heads for smooth enrollment.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and enrollment targets.
• Handle inbound queries courteously and provide timely information.
• Participate in outreach campaigns, job fairs, and mobilization drives as required.
• Provide regular feedback to the team for improving marketing strategies.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, Assamese and Bengali language (English is MUST)
• Basic computer knowledge – Google Sheet, MS Excel, CRM tools, or call tracking software
• Ability to convince and engage with youth from diverse backgrounds
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive
• Good listening and interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification:

• Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or student mobilization preferred (1–2 years)

Desirable:

• Experience in the Skill Development / Education / Training industry
• Familiarity with schemes like PMKVY, DDU-GKY, NULM, or CSR-based training programs

Compensation: As per industry standards and experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
