Job Title: Program Manager Client Solutions (Individual Contributor Role) Location: Gurgaon - 5 days work from office - local candidates based in delhi, gurgaon, noida etc preferred. Reports To: Business head and will work closely with the Founder / CEO CTC - As per industry standards - hike of 20 - 30% on last drawn ctc depending on profile, experience, skills etc About the Role: We are seeking a highly proactive Program Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex client programs while owning digital media solution design and implementation strategy. This individual contributor will work directly with the Founder, acting as a strategic execution partner across priority client accounts and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is part strategist, part executor someone who thrives in dynamic environments , has a strong understanding of media/marketing/tech solutions , and can manage multiple work streams end-to-end. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the Founder to translate vision and strategy into actionable project plans across client engagements. Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs from scoping and solutioning to execution and reporting. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, creative, product, and delivery teams to bring client solutions to life. Understand client briefs and design custom media/tech/content solutions that align with business objectives. Serve as the key point of contact for program timelines, updates, blockers, and quality control. Drive problem-solving, risk management, and proactive communication throughout the program lifecycle. Prepare internal documentation, executive summaries, and client-ready presentations. Help build repeatable processes and toolkits for scaling delivery operations and solutioning frameworks. Requirements: 5 to 8 years of experience in program management, client delivery, or strategic solutions roles. Strong ability to translate strategy into structured project plans and solutions. Experience in media, marketing tech, or content-driven platforms . Hands-on experience managing timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and deliverables. Excellent communication skills, with a strong executive presence and client-facing experience. Self-driven and comfortable working in a lean, founder-led environment with minimal handholding. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to DV 360, video production, immersive content, or programmatic ad solutions is a plus. Previous experience working directly with founders, C-level executives, or in startups. Familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Google Workspace, and presentation platforms (Keynote, Google Slides). A background in media, entertainment, or digital platforms is an advantage. As an Inside Sales Specialist - Digital Professional Services, your primary focus will be to help develop sales leads and grow the United States-based professional services business for Xerago. The success of this high-energy, driven, and self-motivated inside sales role will be determined by their ability to leverage Xerago's programmatic go-to-market in order to create demand via outreach, position a targeted set of Xerago services offerings, identify new business opportunities, and close them. This role will interact strategically with the Xerago services sales, services support teams, and the broader Xerago solutions and delivery ecosystem. Key Responsibilities : - Drive net new specific professional services sales by identifying potential leads through research or Xerago account-based marketing, cold-calling, and other lead generation techniques. - Mature leads through direct customer engagement and nurturing through to closing and / or hand-off to a Xerago Sales Account Executive/Director. - Develop, manage, and maintain an active pipeline with adequate opportunity coverage to consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics focused on generating qualified leads, pipeline progression, and sales conversion rate. - Provide defined and continuous hygiene, transparency, and visibility into an accurate holistic pipeline and manage it effectively within Xerago's CRM. - Quickly develop strong, positive relationships with new customers by understanding their needs and business objectives. Fulfill the role of trusted advisor through their ability to leverage the extended Xerago team to develop strategic opportunities with our customers. - Work with customer to develop a compelling proposal, targeted recommendations, and mutual plan for how Xerago can help them achieve their goals to drive maximum impact from their digital investments. Requirements : - 2-5 years of inside sales for professional services or marketing technology sales experience with a successful history of achieving or surpassing individual targets. - Excellent communication skills in English with an American accent. - Knowledge of CRM software and sales techniques. - Possess a basic understanding of marketing technology and operations industry trends, business practices, and competitive landscape. - Maintains a basic knowledge of the capabilities of marketing technologies supported by Xerago inclusive of Acquia, Acoustic, Adobe, IBM, Salesforce, and Unica to develop and represent compelling use cases that drive value. - Demonstrate the ability to develop and communicate a compelling value-based proposition that resonates with customers based on their business priorities, highlighting the value of Xerago's capabilities and solutions. - Exhibit passion and energy both externally with customers and internally with cross-functional teams with strong collaborative approach. - Demonstrate a high degree of self-motivation to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team. - Exhibit a strong attention to detail with effective planning and time management skills. - Excellent team building, verbal, and written communication skills - Expert networking skills to find key points of contact and gain insight to a company's objective.
