Analyze and track PCDS sales data to monitor performance and trends, providing insights into sales activities. Monitor and manage the inventory of sales stock to ensure products are available when needed by the sales team. Coordinate with the sales team to gather data, generate reports, and ensure accurate and timely information flow. Compile and maintain weekly sales reports to track performance against targets and provide actionable insights. Collect customer feedback from parents and schools to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities. Assist in ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and other departments, supporting the overall sales strategy. Candidate Profile : Graduate degree required; fresh MBAs are welcome to apply. Prior experience in a sales support function is preferred, but not mandatory. Strong proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
