Marketing Strategist

Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Strategist with a strong background in the service sector and exposure to Gulf or international markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence, generate leads, and enhance client engagement across diverse service industries.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for service-based offerings.
• Conduct in-depth market research and analyze consumer insights, especially in Gulf and overseas markets.
• Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, content, email, events, partnerships, etc.) to promote service solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Build brand credibility and visibility through storytelling, content creation, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and recommend actionable improvements.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective resource allocation for maximum ROI.
• Stay informed about regional market dynamics, customer behavior trends, and service marketing innovations.

Required Qualifications:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in the service industry (e.g., education, consulting, hospitality, real estate services, healthcare, recruitment, or facility management).
• Experience or familiarity with Gulf or international markets preferred.
• Strong understanding of B2B and/or B2C service marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills (Arabic proficiency is an added advantage).
• Creative thinker with analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
