Work4Flow is a fast growing ServiceNow partner focused on product innovation agentic AI and enterprise workflow automation. We build accelerators that help enterprises adopt AI improve workflows and scale faster. We are looking for a driven marketer who can own digital marketing content and strategy while working closely with our product and engineering teams.

Role Overview

This role is for a full stack marketer who can think and execute. You will understand the product create strong messaging write scripts for product demos and plan digital marketing campaigns. You will support leadership product engineering and design to strengthen Work4Flow's brand presence in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Product Understanding and Messaging

  • Understand Work4Flow products by working closely with product and engineering teams
  • Translate product features into simple customer focused messaging
  • Support product launches with value props and positioning

Content and Script Creation

  • Write demo video scripts explainer scripts and walkthrough content
  • Coordinate with designers and video editors to bring content to life
  • Create content for LinkedIn website landing pages and presentations

Digital Marketing Execution

  • Run LinkedIn campaigns including audience targeting and performance optimization
  • Run Google search ads and manage keyword strategies
  • Handle SEO including keyword research on page and off page work
  • Track campaigns and share insights

Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Plan monthly content calendars
  • Support product launch campaigns
  • Work on email marketing workflows
  • Conduct competitor research to improve brand visibility

Cross Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with designers video editors and leadership
  • Support creation of marketing assets for events webinars and customer outreach

Required Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing or content marketing
  • Experience with US based clients
  • SaaS or B2B tech marketing experience
  • HubSpot or similar CRM knowledge
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem
  • Strong English writing and communication
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn ads Google ads and SEO
  • Ability to understand technical concepts
  • Ability to plan and manage content end to end
  • Comfortable working in US business hours
