Marketing Staff

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field sales or related marketing activities, be willing to travel, and preferably own a two-wheeler. This role involves direct engagement with customers, promotion of products/services, and contribution to marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company products/services through field marketing and sales activities
• Visit potential clients and generate leads
• Support and execute marketing campaigns and on-ground promotional events
• Build strong customer relationships and follow up for repeat business
• Collect and report market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to team goals

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in field sales or marketing
• Willingness to travel frequently as part of the job
• Preferably owns a two-wheeler with valid driving license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic understanding of sales and marketing techniques
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
