Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Marketing Staff based in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, engaging with clients, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating with team members to achieve business goals and representing the company's values in client interactions.

Promote and rent out commercial properties owned by the Devi Group.

· Present property details to clients and brokers, and help with the rental process.

· Market available properties for rent on social media and online platforms.

· Meet clients in person to explain property features and finalize deals.

· Organize both indoor and outdoor marketing activities, such as putting up hoardings, frames, and other promotional materials at Devi and Cine Pride locations.

· Explore and identify new spaces for future business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
• Experience in Sales and client relationship management
• Proactive and collaborative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the health and wellness industry is a plus
