Requirements

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling campaign assets, landing pages, and targeted content.

2. Social Media Management

Develop, schedule, and publish content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

Monitor social conversations, engage with audiences, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and campaign effectiveness.

3. Brand Management

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.

Enhance the company's visual and verbal brand identity in collaboration with design teams.

Support the creation of product catalogs, brochures, and other brand assets.

4. Content Strategy & Creative Development

Develop storytelling approaches that highlight sustainability, craftsmanship, and premium product value.

5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.

Recommend marketing initiatives to support new product launches and market expansion.

6. Collaboration With Sales & Cross-Functional Teams

Align marketing activities with the sales pipeline and overall business objectives.

Support lead generation, nurturing strategies, and customer engagement initiatives.

Assist in planning and executing events, trade shows, and industry collaborations.

7. Reporting & Analytics

Measure performance of all marketing campaigns using analytics tools.

Prepare monthly reports on ROI, brand performance, lead generation, and digital KPIs.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
