Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  
• Manage brand strategy, positioning, and messaging to ensure consistency across platforms
  
• Drive content creation (blogs, case studies, brochures, newsletters, videos, creatives) in collaboration with design and product teams
  
• Coordinate and manage events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility
  
• Execute social media and community engagement activities for brand growth
  
• Collaborate with PR/media partners to drive earned media coverage and outreach
  
• Track and report on marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, lead funnel)
  
• Work cross-functionally with sales, business development, and leadership for aligned marketing efforts
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 35 years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing
  
• Hands-on with campaign execution, events, content, and branding
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, SEO tools, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  
• Strong skills in content creation, communication, and storytelling
  
• Exposure to event planning, media/PR, and influencer marketing is a plus
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
