Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative thinker with strong execution skills who can effectively translate ideas into impactful marketing campaigns and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints. As a key member of the Power Bridge team, you will be instrumental in shaping co-branded and in-house campaigns, as well as customer events, by bringing our AV and IT solutions to life through engaging content, striking visuals, and well-planned marketing journeys. Responsibilities include leading co-branded marketing initiatives with OEM partners, collaborating with internal business leaders to plan and execute end-to-end campaigns, developing and managing Power Bridge-branded campaigns, and creating campaign assets that blend content and visuals for maximum impact. You will also be responsible for planning, optimizing, and monitoring Google Ads campaigns, managing co-branded customer events with OEM partners, creating marketing assets using Canva, optimizing digital content with SEO best practices, and tracking campaign performance via Google Analytics. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications. A creative mindset with the ability to transform ideas into visually compelling marketing assets is essential, as well as a strong design mindset with attention to detail. We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven team player with strong organizational skills and familiarity with website platforms like Wix or ERP tools such as Zoho.
