Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role, with the position based in Gurugram, but some work from home is acceptable. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, enhancing customer service, and supporting sales activities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, interacting with customers to understand their needs, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Market Research and Sales
• Proficiency in developing Marketing Strategies and campaign management
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with the big brands and their outsoruced requirements
