Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role, with the position based in Gurugram, but some work from home is acceptable. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, conducting market research, enhancing customer service, and supporting sales activities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, interacting with customers to understand their needs, and supporting the sales team to achieve their targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Market Research and Sales Proficiency in developing Marketing Strategies and campaign management Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Excellent problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred Familiarity with the big brands and their outsoruced requirements
