Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to drive strategic marketing initiatives with ownership over content strategy, digital campaigns, and lead generation. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work closely with US-based teams and efficiently manage implementation of marketing projects. (This is not a customer-facing role and will support in-house marketing and sales efforts)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Content & Video Production

• Create and edit videos for social media, websites, campaigns, and employer branding.
• Create high-quality digital assets: social posts, landing pages, emails, infographics, brochures, and case studies.
• Create content for websites and social media channels for brand awareness and inbound leads.
• Create video content for website, social, and forms for lead conversions.
• Create demo videos for comparing product features and capabilities.
• Track content performance on various channels like YouTube and recommend fresh ideas for improvement.

Campaign & Channel Execution

• Generate the list of prospects after trade shows and/or generate demand lists in connecting with sales teams
• Be involved in market research on who is the ideal customer for ACRO and generate customer lists and formulate campaigns.
• Update all portals where RFPs and RFQs come from with up-to-date ACRO information
• Execute multi-channel demand-generation campaigns across email, social, and outreach platforms.
• Maintain daily content scheduling and publishing on LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional channels.
• Update website content, Keyword and SEO elements, and conversion-focused assets.
• Manage newsletters, nurture flows, and customer communication programs.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

• Track KPIs using YouTube & Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social metrics.
• Deliver weekly/monthly dashboards with insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitive and market research to support positioning and strategy.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced environment and preferably in the consulting or staffing industry.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or any business-related discipline.
• Proven success in creating content for websites, product rollouts, employer branding, and research-driven initiatives.
• Proven lead generation, content management, video editing and production skills.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, and multi-platform social media management.
• Proficiency with CRM and campaign reporting tools such as HubSpot (or similar).
• Experience using video editing and creation tools like Adobe and Canva
• Independently learn tools and processes, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach.
• Experience researching and developing content for inbound and outbound leads.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate effectively with US based teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in consulting, staffing, HR tech, or workforce solutions.
• Familiarity with government contracting and proposal processes.
• Knowledge of SEO and marketing automation; MBA preferred.
