Position: Marketing Specialist We are seeking a talented and dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. As the Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and passion for social media will contribute to building and maintaining our brand presence in the digital landscape. Responsibilities & Duties Strategise, plan and conceptualise creative content campaigns on various social media platforms - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences, and analyzing competitors' activities. Ideating, planning, creating and executing strong events and concepts for high-engagement social media campaigns Tracking the conversion-related percentages and numbers to make needed improvements Coordinating with the design team for creative ideas Maintain posting schedules across all the platforms Build creative campaigns for new brand/product launches, webinar and such events Post content for social media platforms as per the schedule. Involved in reporting and digital analytics. Qualifications & Skills 4-6 years of experience in content creation and social media management, including both organic and paid strategies Proficient in copywriting , content creation , and managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter Strong grasp of time management and the ability to meet deadlines while driving innovative, out-of-the-box ideas is essential. Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for content generation and optimization will be highly valued.
