Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing & Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, executing marketing strategies, and promoting our travel services and packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to boost customer acquisition.
• Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, networking, and corporate partnerships.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
• Promote and present travel services, holiday packages, and customized itineraries.
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in travel, tourism, or hospitality).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for travel.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
