* Interacting with customers, understanding the requirements, Sales pitching, Model house demo, Miniature explanation

* Good Communication skills in English

Native speaker of Tamil

* Good team player

* Good Convincing skill

* Experienced in any sales (an added advantage in Real Estate Sales, B2B, Direct sales, or Any Field sales)

* Minimum 1-10+ years of experience

Bike Mandatory (Preferred to travel to any sites)

* Preferred Industry (Real Estate, Just Dial, Sulekha, India Mart, Magic Bricks, 99acres, Skill link, Bujus.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
