Job Description

Generate sales of residential plots through direct sourcing as well as through a network of freelance agents
Identify and approach potential buyers through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of freelancers to support business growth
Provide clients with complete information about available plots, legal documents, and site visits
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sale assistance when required
Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved as per company guidelines
Keep records of leads, inquiries, and conversions for regular reporting
Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project developments

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate or 12th pass
Experience in real estate sales, especially residential plots, is mandatory
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build and manage a freelance sales team
Target-oriented with a self-driven attitude
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
