Job Description

  • Generate sales of residential plots through direct sourcing as well as through a network of freelance agents
  • Identify and approach potential buyers through field visits, cold calling, and lead follow-ups
  • Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of freelancers to support business growth
  • Provide clients with complete information about available plots, legal documents, and site visits
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide post-sale assistance when required
  • Ensure monthly sales targets are achieved as per company guidelines
  • Keep records of leads, inquiries, and conversions for regular reporting
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and new project developments

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate or 12th pass
  • Experience in real estate sales, especially residential plots, is mandatory
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage a freelance sales team
  • Target-oriented with a self-driven attitude
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
