Marketing & Sales Executive Modular Furniture Division

As a Sales Executive at Duratech Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, your primary responsibility will be to identify and approach potential clients such as institutions, offices, architects, interior designers, and dealers. You will be expected to generate leads through field visits, calls, and leveraging your local network. Your role will involve presenting a range of product offerings, including school, office, kitchen, and staff modular furniture to prospective clients. Handling client queries and ensuring effective after-sales service coordination will be crucial aspects of your job. Additionally, you will be required to conduct regular market analysis and track competitors to stay informed about industry trends and developments. It will be your responsibility to prepare and maintain reports detailing your daily visits, follow-ups, and sales activities. To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication and negotiation skills. A good understanding of the furniture and modular segment would be advantageous. Familiarity with B2B and institutional sales processes is preferred. While a basic knowledge of measurements and furniture layout is desirable, training can be provided to enhance your skills in these areas. Being self-motivated, result-oriented, and having a two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred for fieldwork) are qualities that will contribute to your success in this position. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a preference for candidates with a background in the furniture or allied industry. In terms of compensation, the salary range for this position is between 25,000 to 30,000 per month (Fixed), with additional incentives based on achieving targets. The working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
