Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to promote our simulation products, training programs, and workshops across India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare innovation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote simulation products and training services. Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (social media, email marketing, Google Ads, etc.). Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation and follow-up campaigns. Manage content creation for social media posts, blogs, videos, and marketing materials. Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, medical colleges, and healthcare professionals. Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in marketing (preferably in healthcare/medical equipment/education sector). Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
