Marketing & Public Relations Officer

The Marketing - Access Architects role requires you to develop and execute strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals. You will be responsible for identifying key messages and target audiences through market research and maintaining a strong brand image across all communication platforms. Organizing events to build positive relationships with stakeholders will be a crucial part of your role. In terms of public relations, you will need to cultivate relationships with media professionals and seek opportunities to enhance the organization's visibility. This includes evaluating and finalizing press releases, media kits, and other communication materials. Collaborating with the PR agency to manage media events and monitoring the organization's online reputation will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be tasked with developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. This involves managing campaigns across various platforms and analyzing data to optimize performance. Collaborating with the internal team to create impactful and SEO-worthy content, as well as monitoring the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives to provide actionable insights, will be essential. To qualify for this role, you should have a Master's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, journalism, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in a Marketing/Public Relations/Communication/Social Media Manager role. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience may also apply. Strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms, the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and excellent organizational and project management skills are required. A strategic mindset is also essential for success in this position. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule that requires in-person work at the designated location.,
