As a Marketing Platform Automation Analyst at Accenture, your role involves working with the Braze Customer Engagement Platform to drive effective marketing operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Experience working with e-mail testing tools such as Litmus - Strong problem-solving skills - Staying current on industry trends and offering ideas and solutions to client needs - Being passionate, self-motivated, and constantly looking for better ways to enhance email concepts and development - Working independently in a structured team without close supervision - Understanding cross-client, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: - Experience with email automation, triggers, and deployment - Strong working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 as they are used in emails - Working knowledge of a programming language such as JavaScript - Experience with Liquid In addition to the above, you should have solid hands-on experience in CRM or multi-channel marketing, proficiency in working with CRM tools (Braze ideally, other tools considered), a good understanding of the tech CRM landscape and main industry trends, a customer-centric and strategic mindset, knowledge about driving loyalty and retention, cross-department stakeholder management, and experience with Liquid and e-mail testing tools like Litmus.
