Marketing Performance Manager

Marketing Performance Manager - Full Time & Remote in India

minimum 5+ years of experience

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, execution and optimization of performance marketing strategies and paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (website, Google Adwords, social media channels) 
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates
• Analysis of performance data and creating reports to derive actionable recommendations and optimization options 
• Initiating and managing cross-channel projects to increase sales and generate leads
• Budget control, preparation of forecasts and monitoring and analysis of current trends and innovations.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 year of relevant experience.
• Successfully completed studies with a focus on marketing or a related field
• Several years of experience in SEA (Search Engine Advertising).
• Strong analytical skills, affinity for numbers, and confident handling of web analysis tools such as GA4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager 
• High quality standards and a deep understanding of target groups
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
