Marketing & Operations Executive

We are looking for a reliable and dynamic Operations Associate who can work across multiple roles within our laundry and dry-cleaning business. This person will act as a support resource to ensure smooth daily operations across our outlets and factory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Store Support
• Step in as temporary store manager when outlet managers are on leave.
• Handle customer queries, order bookings, and issue resolution.
• Sales & Outreach
• Visit potential businesses (e.g. salons, hotels, clinics, hostels) to pitch our services.
• Share proposals, collect leads, and support onboarding of B2B clients.
• Logistics Support
• Temporarily replace delivery runners when needed.
• Ensure timely pickups and deliveries with proper documentation.
• Factory Assistance
• Assist in day-to-day tasks at the factory including sorting, tagging, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with the processing and QC team to ensure service quality.

Required Skills:

• Good communication in Marathi and Hindi (basic English preferred).
• Willingness to travel locally within Nashik.
• Ability to adapt to different tasks and work environments.
• Prior experience in operations/logistics/sales is a plus.
• Basic smartphone handling for apps and communication.

Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory).
• Should be comfortable working 6 days a week with flexible weekly off.
