Job Description

As a Digital Operations Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing the websites and portfolio of brands. Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure that content changes are implemented effectively while meeting web accessibility standards and optimizing search engine visibility. You will serve as the main point of contact for content publishing, addressing production-related issues, resolving stakeholder queries, and monitoring key metrics related to content publishing workflow. Working closely with the Digital Product Director, you will prioritize site maintenance efforts in alignment with the product roadmap. Staying updated on digital content trends, customer experience best practices, SEO advancements, and web accessibility standards will be essential, as well as ensuring brand standards are maintained. Your primary duties will include managing the collection, refinement, testing, and deployment of content across all brand websites, contributing to enhancements in the digital content workflow, defining content requests in collaboration with internal stakeholders, supporting onsite testing and optimization of content campaigns, and aligning with the data management and digital marketing teams for strategy coordination. Additionally, you will assist in content marketing strategies, leverage analytics solutions for prioritization and performance measurement, provide regular status reports to managers and stakeholders, and collaborate with both vendors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this role should have 3-4.5 years of experience and possess expertise in Marketing Ops (DXP) as the primary skill, with additional skills in Content Author CrownPeak.
