Marketing Officer

As the Principal Representative of the company at Vaikom/Kottayam location, your role will involve executing the company's objectives and plans. You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining customers, developing customer and market share in the defined area, and mobilizing business to achieve the given target. It is essential to apply credit norms in customer selection and screening to ensure quality. Additionally, you will need to ensure the collection of pre and post-sanction documents from customers as per norms and collect receivables within the first 9 months of the contract as per laid norms. Servicing customers till the end of the contract, maintaining cordial relations for future business, and collecting and passing on customers, market, and competitors feedback/information are also key responsibilities. You will be required to forward daily business and collection information, update the system, MIS, and comply with process norms and procedures for better productivity.
