Job Description

Position: Marketing Officer

Experience: 1 to 3 years (preferably from the Education or BFSI sector)

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Job Description:

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for promoting the university’s full-time courses and achieving student enrollment targets through effective outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve individual student enrollment targets within the assigned territory.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
Plan and conduct seminars, presentations, and counseling sessions for students and parents.
Visit schools, colleges, and institutes regularly for branding and promotional activities.
Conduct follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.
Participate in education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain and update student inquiry databases and provide periodic reports to the management.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹26,565.00 - ₹30,545.00 per month
