Job Title: Marketing Officer

Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years (BFSI or preferably Education Sector)

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Officer with 1–3 years of experience, preferably from the education or BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrollments by engaging with educational institutions, conducting outreach activities, and supporting admission efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve student enrollment targets in assigned centers/regions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions.
• Conduct seminars, presentations, and awareness sessions in schools and colleges to promote academic programs.
• Regular field visits to schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other educational institutions.
• Counsel and follow up with students and parents to guide them through the admission process.
• Generate walk-ins and convert leads into confirmed admissions.
• Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and promotional activities for lead generation.
• Maintain records of visits, presentations, and admissions pipeline.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in BFSI or preferably the education sector
• Age: Up to 40 years

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Field marketing and outreach experience
• Ability to build relationships and networks with institutions
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,767.00 - ₹30,234.00 per month
