Marketing Manager

• Develop and implement B2C marketing strategies to build brand presence and consumer connect.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, events, and promotions.
• Coordinate with design and production teams for brand positioning and product visibility.
• Manage marketing activities (social media, online campaigns, influencers, etc.).
• Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Should have 5 years of Marketing experience with good exposure on B2C marketing.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and internal teams for end-to-end marketing execution.
• Proven experience in Marketing (not Sales) with focus on branding, promotions, campaigns, and consumer engagement.
• Candidates from garment industry / retail / fashion marketing experience are preferred.
• Excellent understanding of B2C market trends, consumer behavior, and digital + offline marketing strategies.
