We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and traditional advertising efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize future marketing initiatives.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing efforts are within budget.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-15 years of experience in marketing or related field, with a proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions.
