Marketing Manager

• Identify and target large-scale projects for building materials.
• Develop and manage a marketing team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitors.
• Cultivate relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Engage with architects, designers, builders, and contractors.
• Analyze data to improve sales strategies and optimize performance.
• Align promotional activities with sales objectives.
• Gather customer feedback to assess satisfaction.
• Identify potential private and government projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams for resource assessment.
• Monitor receivables and address payment issues.
• Report sales performance and KPIs to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth project delivery.
• Identify new market opportunities for expansion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in building materials or a similar field.
• Strong project sales and team management skills.
• Target-driven with a history of meeting goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
