Short JD for Personal Assistant to Operation Head. Salary - Based on candidate's current salary. Job Location – Tronica City, Ghaziabad Working hours - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Working Days - Monday to Saturday Roles & Responsibilities 1. Implement and monitor programs as directed by management. 2. To organize daily Schedules, appointments, and meetings and preparation of MOM. 3. Responsible for coordinating event planning for department meetings and initiatives. 4. Doing tasks involves processing travel expense claims and reviewing weekly visit reports. 5. To provide assistance in arranging travel necessities including booking domestic/international flights, cars, hotels, and business visas as required. 6. Screening and directing phone calls and distribute correspondence of director. 7. Handling requests and queries appropriately of the Pan India Sales Team. 8. Act as the point of contact between the director and internal/external team and to handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications. 9. Analysis of Pan India Sales Data forecasting. Skills Required: 1. Efficient in Time Management. 2. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 3. MS Office and English proficiency. 4. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. 5. Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. 7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 8. Discretion and confidentiality. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: total work: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
