Marketing Manager

Key Objectives

  • Strengthen

    brand visibility

    and positioning in the AI, consulting, and technology ecosystem.
  • Build and nurture

    online and offline communities

    of experts, partners, and clients.
  • Drive

    inbound lead generation

    using a mix of SEO, digital marketing, and content strategies.
  • Create data-driven campaigns to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement

    end-to-end marketing strategies

    aligned with business and growth objectives.
  • Plan and execute

    digital marketing campaigns

    (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, social media, influencer, and affiliate marketing).
  • Lead

    content and community marketing

    initiatives to attract, retain, and engage experts and clients.
  • Manage

    social media presence

    across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other relevant channels — ensuring steady growth and engagement.
  • Conduct

    SEO audits

    , keyword research, and website optimization to enhance organic visibility and lead flow.
  • Design and manage

    lead generation funnels

    , nurturing campaigns, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with the product and sales teams to create impactful content — case studies, whitepapers, blogs, videos, and campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report key marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, leads, CAC, ROI) using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM dashboards.
  • Manage the

    marketing budget

    , allocate spends effectively, and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Stay updated on

    AI and MarTech trends

    , competitor strategies, and emerging tools for continuous innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in

    B2B marketing

    , preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology platforms.
  • Strong command over

    SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaigns

    , and

    performance marketing

  • Demonstrated success in

    brand building, content strategy, and lead generation

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills — both written and verbal.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in

    marketing automation and analytics tools

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
