Job Description

About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing brand activations, events, roadshows, retail marketing, and on-ground promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities:Plan, develop, and execute BTL marketing strategies and campaigns to meet client objectives. Manage and supervise on-ground activations, events, exhibitions, mall promotions, RWA activities, and product launches. Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns. Prepare project budgets, timelines, and performance reports for each campaign. Develop marketing collaterals, event concepts, and campaign proposals. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitch presentations. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all marketing materials and activities. Manage field teams, promoters, and event staff for campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance, collect data, and prepare post-event reports and insights. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors. Requirements:Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4–7 years of experience in BTL marketing, brand activations, or event management. Proven track record of successfully handling multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously. Strong knowledge of on-ground marketing, promotions, and event logistics.
