We're Hiring: Marketing Manager – Manpower Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit industries, companies, and institutions to pitch

  manpower outsourcing services

• Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across

  Jharkhand

• Build and maintain relationships with

  HR/Admin departments

• Draft proposals, negotiate terms, and

  close service agreements

• Coordinate with

  recruitment and operations teams

  to ensure timely manpower deployment
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure

  client satisfaction and retention

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years

  of experience in

  marketing, B2B sales, or client acquisition

  (experience in manpower/staffing preferred)
• Strong

  communication, negotiation, and presentation

  skills
• Must

  own a two-wheeler with valid driving license

• Willingness to

  travel across districts

  as required
• Basic knowledge of

  EPF/ESIC and labor compliance

  is an added advantage

Compensation:

Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives + Travel Allowance
