Job Description

As a Mall Marketing Manager, your role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase tenant sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience. You will be responsible for planning promotional campaigns, managing digital and traditional advertising, coordinating events, and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase mall visibility and customer engagement. - Create and execute seasonal and thematic marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. - Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives. - Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, email marketing, and online advertisements. - Oversee traditional marketing channels such as print, radio, billboards, and in-mall promotions. - Plan and coordinate mall events, product launches, fashion shows, and holiday activations. - Partner with brands, retailers, and local businesses to organize joint promotional activities. - Develop marketing programs that support tenant sales and brand positioning. - Maintain strong relationships with retailers, providing them with marketing support and promotional opportunities. - Enhance customer experience through loyalty programs, giveaways, and interactive engagements. - Build partnerships with local influencers, media, and community organizations to increase brand awareness. - Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns with a high return on investment. - Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including foot traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement. - Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend data-driven improvements. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or mall division. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, event planning, and brand management. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proficiency in marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software.
