Marketing Manager — Leasing & Mall Operations

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to handle leasing, brand coordination, and operational management for our upcoming mall project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing & Brand Acquisition: Identify, approach, and secure deals with commercial/retail brands for leasing mall spaces.
• Client & Brand Coordination: Serve as the single point of contact for all brand-related fit-out coordination, ensuring smooth handovers and timelines.
• Market Analysis: Keep track of market trends, brand expansions, and leasing benchmarks to onboard the right retail mix.
• Documentation & Closure: Manage the entire leasing process including LOIs, agreements, and commercials until final execution.
• Operational Readiness: Support the technical and facility teams in ensuring the mall is fit-out ready and operational for tenant handovers.
• Post-Opening Operations: Oversee day-to-day mall operations, coordinate with tenants, and ensure seamless functioning post mall launch.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brand heads, brokers, and channel partners for continuous leasing leads and mall visibility.

Candidate Profile:

• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written and must be target-oriented with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive in approach with strong negotiation and client handling skills.
• Ability to build and maintain brand relationships and broker networks.
• Good understanding of leasing processes and market trends in retail real estate.
• Team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Experience: Minimum 7-10 years

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
